Jo, altså, jeg havde et par, som jeg var helt utrolig glad for, og så en dag faldt de fra hinanden, og så sendte jeg dem ind på garantien, og så sagde de: Det er en garantireparation. Selvom de jo altså også var blevet brugt ret meget, men det var virkelig pænt af dem. Og så nu har jeg et par, og de er stadigvæk fantastiske.

Så da Signature pludselig ikke vil tænde/slukke, sender jeg en mail med spørgsmålet “Hvad gør jeg?” Allerede dagen efter har jeg svar! Den skal sendes retur og deres værksted kigger på den - bare dét er service. Jeg sender fredag og allerede mandag får jeg besked om, at der er fundet en defekt, så jeg får tilsendt helt nu. - HOLD DA OP! Det synes jeg er overskud og blev da ærlig talt mundlam. Tusinde tak for god, informativ service gennem denne proces.
