Super god kundeservice! Der var problemer med opladning af et Headset. Efter lidt skriveri frem og tilbage (med meget hurtige svar) sendte jeg headsettet retur til tjek. Efter 1 dag fik jeg besked om, at de ville ombytte det, eller jeg kunne vælge at opgradere til et sæt 4 pro uden omkostninger. Dette er nu afprøvet med stor tilfredshed! God lyd, sidder godt i øret. Så meget tilfreds med både service og produkt!

First forget the headphones in your device's Bluetooth settings. Then open the case with the headphones inside and hold the button on the case for 10 seconds, until the indicator light flashes white 5 times. You can also reset them in Wavell Connect.
Do your headphones suddenly sound lower or more muffled than normal? Don't worry, in most cases it isn't a fault, just that the headphones haven't been maintained. Earwax, sweat and dirt slowly build up in the sound grille. Fortunately it's fixed in a few minutes, and with the right maintenance it's no problem.
